Who you are dealing with
Klaim, London. We will add our company number and registered address here as soon as incorporation is confirmed, rather than putting a placeholder in their place.
The waitlist is not access
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create an account, does not guarantee you a place, and does not guarantee a date. We are opening London neighbourhood by neighbourhood and we will email you when yours is next. You can ask to come off the list at any time.
The calculator is an illustration
The restaurant ROI calculator projects what a month might look like from the numbers you enter. It is a model, not a forecast, not advice, and not an offer. Real results depend on your venue, your offer and how many diners choose you, and they will differ. Nothing it shows binds either of us.
What is on the site
Venue names, photography and figures shown in the app screens and sample cards are illustrative. They are not real Klaim partners and the amounts are not live offers. Anything described as coming later is a plan, not a commitment.
Using the site
Use it as intended and do not try to break it, scrape it, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for. We may change or take down any part of it while we are pre-launch. The site and its content belong to us; the Klaim name and mark are ours.
Where we stand on liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of a pre-launch marketing site.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
